Logan Barat, Voice

Tenor LOGAN BARAT is a Bel Canto trained Opera singer earning a Bachelors in Vocal Performance from Concordia College in Moorhead and his Master’s in Opera Performance at Wichita State University. In 2018 he won the North Dakota/Manitoba district Metropolitan opera national council auditions, and took 1st place for senior men’s classical voice in Minnesota NATS. He has performed with the Ohio Light Opera, and was selected as one of the prestigious Santa Fe Apprentice artists in 2020. Logan has also performed several leading roles in operas and musicals including Sam Kaplan in Street Scene, Ferando in Mozart’s Cosi Fan Tutte, Fredrick Trumper in Chess, Alfred in Strauss’s Die Fledermaus, and Rinuccio in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi. Locally, Logan has been seen on the MN Opera stage as the Prune Vendor in La Bohemé and as the Prince In Lyric Opera Of the North's production of Rusalka.
