LAMF is committed to ensuring that it’s programs are widely accessible to diverse audiences. To request accessibility seating, large print programs, or any other special accommodations, please contact Kelly Turpin, Front of House Manager, in advance of your visit.
Lakes Area Music Festival is thrilled to welcome you to the Gichi-ziibi Center for the Arts this season and introduce you to our brand new website and ticketing system. Our 2021 season will be filled with new adventures and more memorable musical experiences. We look forward to having you with us!
Beginning this season, ticket reservations are required at all concerts in order to maintain capacity restrictions for safety in the midst of the lingering COVID-19 pandemic.
The Lakes Area Music Festival remains committed to making great classical music performances accessible to as wide an audience as possible. Therefore, all tickets are provided free of charge, with donations accepted. This funding model allows each audience member to determine for themselves the value of our programs.
Suggest donation of $20 per event. Though we do not charge a set fee, we believe that each LAMF performance is a valuable experience. Therefore, the first $20 of any gift given when reserving tickets will be non-deductible; anything exceeding that amount is tax-deductible.
Due to our small volunteer ticketing staff, we highly encourage all patrons to make their ticket reservations online if able. Should you require assistance, please contact our part-time ticketing staff by phone or email.
We ask all our patrons to familiarize yourselves with our COVID-19 safety precautions. These may change in the weeks leading up to performances, and will be communicated to ticket holders closer to the beginning of the season. Patrons must agree to abide by these policies in order to reserve any tickets.
All performances this summer will be 60-80 minutes in length with no intermission in order to ensure limited mingling about the space. (*The one exception is the opera The Rake’s Progress which will include one intermission.)
All LAMF events are held in fully accessible venues.
