Kristina Dudley is drawn to music as a mode of storytelling that reflects the full spectrum of life’s
possibilities. When words fail to capture the overwhelming scale of human emotion, she knows that you
only truly have one option: you just have to sing about it. Kristina is an emerging artist in the Twin Cities
area. She is excited to join the chorus of The Rake’s Progress with Lakes Area Music Festival. Other
recent performances include Suor Angelica with Out of the Box Opera, L’elisir d’amore and La bohème
with Minnesota Opera, and Don Pasquale with Lakes Area Music Festival. This fall, you can find her in
the chorus of Roméo et Juliette with Minnesota Opera. In addition, she is a contracted singer with the
Minnesota Chorale, a performer with Twin Cities Opera on Tap, and a section leader at Grace-Trinity
Community Church in Minneapolis. Her primary teachers include W. Stephen Smith, Marcy Stonikas,
and Geneva Eschweiler. She holds a Master of Music in Voice Performance from Florida State University
and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Luther College.
