A native of Chamblee, Georgia, Cassie Pilgrim has been the principal oboist of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra since 2019. In addition, she has performed in the New York Philharmonic, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and The Philadelphia Orchestra. During the summer, Cassie has performed and taught at the Festival Orchestra of Lincoln Center, the Aspen Music Festival, Festival Mozaic, the Sarasota Music Festival, the Asia Philharmonic Festival Orchestra, NYO2, and the Interlochen Academy Music Camp. Cassie’s primary teachers include Elizabeth Koch Tiscione, Richard Woodhams, and Robert Walters. She is a graduate of Curtis Institute of Music and Oberlin Conservatory.
