Katherine Fried is a theatre artist and musician from Minneapolis, MN. She attended the University of Minnesota / Guthrie Theatre BFA Actor Training Program and performs regionally as an actor and musician with an intense focus in new work. She creates written, musical, and visual works that center on mental health education and explorations of the female experience. Katherine has worked with the Guthrie Theater, Ten Thousand Things Theater, Theater Latté Da, Theatre L’Homme Dieu, Jungle Theater, Mixed Blood Theatre, Fulton Opera, Illinois Shakespeare Festival, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, and Kansas Repertory Theatre among others.
