Through grassroots financial support we invite a diverse audience to participate and attend, while maintaining the very highest level of artistic performance. This crowd-funding model invites you to put a value on our mission and give each time you come to a LAMF concert.

One of the easiest and most important ways to support the Lakes Area Music Festival is by remembering our organization with a planned or deferred gift. By joining our Legacy Society you will help ensure our mission for years to come, while taking advantage of important tax benefits.

An IRA Charitable Rollover allows individuals over age 70½ to directly transfer up to $100,000 per year from an IRA account to a non-profit like the Lakes Area Music Festival. This transfer counts toward the minimum required distribution rule for IRA accounts and is free of both income and estate taxes.

Establishing a memorial or tribute gift is a meaningful way to support our mission while honoring a loved one or celebrating a special occasion. Your gift will recognize someone important in your life, while making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

If you would like to discuss establishing a memorial or tribute gift, please contact Executive and Artistic Director Scott Lykins at scott@lakesareamusic.org or 218-ASK-LAMF (218-275-5263).

The Lakes Area Music Festival relies on the generosity of individual donors and is committed to respecting the privacy of its donors whether gifts are given online, by mail, or in person at concerts.
